The following concerts were at the Black Oak Mountain Amphitheater in 2010:

Things you need to know:

  • Concessions DO include beer and wine for sale (yes, you need your ID to purchase alcohol) - and there's food and snacks available to purchase too. The concession stands don't accept cash, check or credit/debit cards. You have to purchase Black Oak Script or tokens from kiosks placed throughout the Amphitheater and present that at the concession stands. Be sure to use them all at the event because they're only good at that event and have no cash value when it's over. If you end up with extra Script or Tokens...consider it a souvenir.

  • Smoking in designated areas only (not in the seat area)

  • Show tickets are only available online from their website or by calling them

  • The Amphitheater parking, seating and restrooms are handicap accessible

  • All shows will be held - RAIN or SHINE! Watch the weather and dress accordingly

  • No pets allowed, except certified service animals

  • There is a parking fee (the amount varies by concert). There's a discount if you have 4 or more in the car.

  • What to bring: tickets, seat cushion, jacket and blanket (wear comfortable shoes)

  • What NOT to bring: Framed backpacks, outside food or drinks, umbrellas, large cameras with detachable lenses, strollers, weapons or items construed as weapons (e.g. guns, knives, sticks, fireworks), video cameras, audio recorders, musical instruments, gifts for the band, chairs, alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs, animals (except guide dogs), skateboards or inline skates, personal property that is a potential hazard to others (e.g. chains, wallet chains, or jewelry with spiked edges).
