In 2012, the stores at Factory Merchants Branson will be relocating to new locations.

December 2011 update: Simon Property Group, which owns the buildings, is transferring ownership of Factory Merchants Branson over to the City of Branson. The Branson Board of Aldermen approved the transfer on December 27, 2011. Simon will work with the remaining stores to terminate their leases and help them relocate in Branson, possibly to the Shoppes at Branson Meadows. The Board will conduct public hearings to take suggestions from citizens on the best use for the property.

Driving directions: From US Highway 65, Factory Merchants Branson is located 4 miles West on Highway 76 just past White Water. Turn right on Pat Nash Drive, or take Highway 248 Exit to Gretna Road. Look for the Red Roofs.

Open since 1986 with its distinctive RED roof, you can spot the Factory Merchants Branson long before you reach the entrance off of highway 76. The center covers 31 acres plus 8 acres of parking area.

This outlet mall houses designer fashions & sportswear, shoes, children's clothing, fine leather & luggage, accessories & jewelry, housewares & home furnishings, gifts & specialty items, and of course, several places to snack while you shop.
