26th Annual Honor America Celebration at College of the Ozarks 2015

June 28, 2015

FREE admission; Sunday, June 28, 2015

Location: Lake Honor Lawn at College of the Ozarks, between Branson and Hollister at Point Lookout

BBQ Picnic at 6:00 pm (Come hungry! Barbeque available for purchase)

Kids' activities include tinker toys, bubbles and more! (6:00 pm)

Entertainment at 6:00 pm: American classics from the '40s, '50s and '60s by the cast of Red, Hot...and Blue!, Nashville recording artist Kimberly Patrick, and the unique harmonies of AYO Voices of Glory.

Patriotic Program & Concert at 8:30 pm (before the sky lights up with fireworks, the Hard Work U. Concert Band will perform a patriotic program and provide the musical backdrop for the fireworks display)

Bring: lawn chairs and blankets

Don't bring: alcohol, tobacco, pets, or fireworks

FREE Swim Day at the Branson AquaPlex 2015

June 24, 2015

at The Branson AquaPlex, 500 Branson Hills Parkway

Date: Wednesday, June 24, 2015

Time: Noon to 7:00 pm

The Branson Parks & Rec Department is offering a day at the pool – FREE for everyone! Keep in mind that it's first-come, first-serve and the Branson AquaPlex does have a maximum person occupancy.

Hot tip: this FREE event happens on a Wednesday and the pool opens at arrive early!

Bring money if you want to purchase snacks or drinks; otherwise all you need is your swimsuit and a towel.

One more thing, admission is FREE – but you must also bring 1 non-perishable food item per person to donate.

FREE Father's Day Boat Show 2015 at Titanic Museum

June 20, 2015 thru June 21, 2015

A FREE Family Event from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm both days in The Titanic's parking lot.

Saturday, June 20th and Sunday, June 21st from 9am-5pm

Branson West Marine and The Titanic are teaming up to show Dad some new boats, including top-selling, hot & popular brands. Check out your dream boat – fishing, pontoon party boat, ski or sports boat. It'll all be on display

The Titanic is celebrating 10 years of honoring those who built and sailed the biggest boat of them all, The Titanic.

102.9 The Z Country Showdown Competition 2015

The Branson Landing Town Square is the place to be in June for FREE LIVE entertainment!

The annual Country Showdown, America's Largest Country Music Talent Search, returns Saturday, June 13, 2015 at 6:00 pm in front of the Branson Landing Fountains.

The Showdown has been a career-booster for more future country music stars than any other contest in history.

The Branson Landing is partnering with KHOZ Radio 102.9 in Harrison, Arkansas to present this event.

Master of Ceremonies: Clay Cooper and his band, The Country Music Express Band (the band also provides backup for the contestants)

Judges: Celebrity guest judges

Contestants will perform LIVE!

Bring a lawn chair and cheer on your favorite country music contestant!

Star-Spangled Summer 2015 at Silver Dollar City

One of the nation's best celebrations for families, kids, and the summertime – Star-Spangled Summer – begins June 6 and runs through July 19, 2015. Formerly called Kids Fest, the Star-Spangled Summer festival features Silver Dollar City's two dozen themed rides offering thrills for the whole family! There are high-speed roller coasters and mega-splashing water rides, and even an area with smaller rides for smaller kids. Don't forget about the Trailblazer Pass. It's a pass you can purchase that lets you go to the FRONT of the line for up to 8 of your favorite rides, or to the front of the line of your favorite ride up to 8 times! Choose from the NEW RiverBlast, PowderKeg, WildFire, The Giant Swing, Thunderation, Fire-In-The-Hole, Lost River and the American PlungeOpen Daily. Festival highlights include:
