Featuring:
- Welcome reception with wines from the host winery and winemaker
- Cooking stations with hors d'oeuvres carefully chosen to highlight the nuances of each wine
- The winemaker from the featured winery will be present to share his expertise and answer questions
- The Big Cedar culinary team will give more tips on pairing food with wine
- Silent auction where you can bid on special vintages, stemware, wine tools and apparel from the host winery and Big Cedar's own specialty boutique. All proceeds from the auction go to charity

- The Wine Lovers Reception and Dinner - a multi-course menu that follows the opening reception created by Executive Chef Andy Hampshire to pair perfectly with the finest wines of the weekend.
