Roy Rogers, Jr & The High Riders![]() At the Roy Rogers-Dale Evans Museum & Happy Trails Theater, 3950 Green Mountain Drive (directly across from the wooden roller coaster at the former Celebration City amusement park).
December 2009 update: Roy Rogers, Jr & the High Riders move to the morning time slot at the Mickey Gilley Theatre for the 2010 season, starting in March!
A show full of wonderful western "cowboy" music, Roy Rogers Jr. welcomed a new addition to the show in 2008: his son Dustin Roy Rogers, Roy and Dale's grandson. Dustin rejoins his dad in the show for 2009! Roy "Dusty" Rogers Jr. and his band, the High Riders, perform the greatest of America's western music in this tribute to the cowboy and cowboy icons. Hear "Cool Water," "Tumblin' Tumbleweeds," "Blue Prairie," and more. Dusty, an affable gent if there ever was one, also shares tales of growing up with his folks, Roy Rogers and Dale Evans, and answers any questions the audience might have. The High Riders includes Gary LeMaster, Dom Calvano, Kirstien Renna, Sean Clavin and Phillip W. Conti. Shows last 1 hour & 45 minutes with no intermission. Museum open all year. Shows are January 8 through December 31, 2009. After the show, visit the official Roy Rogers - Dale Evans Museum which was moved from Victorville, CA to Branson in 2003. Its most famous exhibit is the stuffed Trigger. It all happens in the small, intimate Happy Trails Theater at the Roy Rogers-Dale Evans Happy Trails Museum complex, where the combined show and Museum tour are one of Branson's best entertainment values.
