Loretta Lynn TributeThe Owen's Theatre is Branson's first theater, built in 1935 by former Branson Mayor Jim Owen. It is now (and has been for the past 14 years) the home of Elvis and the Superstars and 7 other shows. The theater's 200 seats have been replaced, but its rustic rock walls, "A-frame" cathedral ceiling and Fireplace Room Lobby are still there for a perfect blend of "old" and "new." Loretta Lynn is still magic, and impressionist JoDee Marie brings it all back again in The Loretta Lynn Tribute Show. She comes to Branson straight from Nashville, and it's a show full of Loretta's hits. Hear favorites like "Don't Come Home A Drinkin' (With Lovin' On Your Mind)," "Coal Miner's Daughter," "Louisiana Woman, Mississippi Man" and many more. JoDee is an uncanny impersonator of country icon Loretta Lynn. She's sure to win new fans this season at the historic Owen's Theatre in downtown Branson. The show runs March 1 through November 29, 2008; Tuesday through Saturday. |
