50's At The Hop

Now appearing at RFD-TV The Theatre, 4080 W Highway 76 (intersection of 76 & 376, formerly the Ray Stevens & Country Tonite Theatre).

Wax up the flattops, put on the poodle skirts, and get ready to rock, bop, and bunny hop right back into the land of Fats Domino, Connie Francis, the young Elvis, and more stars of the flamin' 50's.

One of Branson's most popular shows became so successful that it had to build its own theater in 2007! The show performed there through 2009, and is now at the RFD-TV Theatre. Hear songs like "Jim Dandy," "Mr. Postman," and "My Boyfriend's Back." Be-Bop to Branson's favorite rock-n-roll show. It's guaranteed to knock your socks off. It's fabulous 50's fun with over 50 songs. You'll hear Motown, Doo Wop, Elvis, Gospel and Rock-n-Roll.

This rock-n-roll review show takes you on two solid hours of "oldies but goodies" where every performer is a star. You will hear the dynamic vocals of the Dreamdates and beautiful Hoppettes as they perform hit after hit bringing back that warm and fuzzy feeling of nostalgia. Beginning with songs from Buddy Holly, Little Richard, The Shirelles, Connie Francis, and The Big Bopper...you might catch yourself snapping your fingers and singing along to "Get A Job...Sha na na na na na na boom boom..."!

Back for the 2009 season is the loveable and oh-so-talented Mascot, Billy Bob Bunny. He can be seen dancing to the music and doing the Handjive on stage with the kids, flipping a Hula-Hoop, or leading the crowd with the Bunny Hop! Billy Bob Bunny loves the kids, and is always around to shake hands or pose for a picture.

No trip to Branson is complete without a stop to see the '50s At The Hop Show. This is the perfect show for all generations!

Performing at 2 pm or 8 pm. This era of music is fun and it's enjoyed by all ages.

Historical notes for the 50's At The Hop Show: 50's At The Hop Show had its grand opening at their new 50's At The Hop Theatre, in Branson Meadows, 4230 N Gretna, on April 10, 2007 and performed there through 2009 before moving to the RFD-TV Theatre.
