Gene Watson is famous for his hits "Love In The Hot Afternoon," "Fourteen Carat Mind," "Where Love Begins," "Paper Rosie," "Should I Go Home (or Should I Go Crazy)," "Nothing Sure Looked Good On You" and his signature hit from 1979 called "Farewell Party."

His latest album, "In A Perfect World," was released in 2007 and is considered to be one of the Top 10 Country Albums of the Year for 2007. (CMT critics Craig Shelburne and Ed Morris list Gene's album "In A Perfect World" in their BEST OF 2007 TOP TEN LIST)

Leona Williams, in addition to her incredible harmonies with Merle Haggard on #1 songs like "The Way I Am" and "Big City," wrote several hits for Merle such as "You Take Me For Granted" and "Someday When Things Are Good." As a solo performer her chart toppers include "Yes Ma'am, He Found Me In A Honkytonk," "Once More," and "Country Girl With Hot Pants On." When Leona Williams sings Merle Haggard songs, you know she has the insight to present them correctly. Not only because she wrote some of them, but also because she was married to him from 1978-1984.
