Hank & Patsy Together Again At the Historic Owen's Theatre in Downtown Branson, 205 S Commercial Street. The Owen's Theatre is Branson's first theater, built in 1935 by former Branson Mayor Jim Owen. It is now (and has been for the past 13 years) the home of Elvis and the Superstars and 6 other shows. The theater's 200 seats have been replaced, but its rustic rock walls, "A-frame" cathedral ceiling and Fireplace Room Lobby are still there for a perfect blend of "old" and "new." Hank & Patsy "Together Again" is a live musical tribute to country music's first superstar, Hank Williams, Sr., and America's Sweetheart, Patsy Cline starring Randy Steffen (a.k.a. Dave "Elvis" Ehlert). Steffen's uncanny talent captures the very essence of Hank as he takes you from the live radio shows to appearances on the Grand Ole Opry. Branson's very own Patsy performs Patsy's hits with the same feeling and emotion that propelled the star into the Country Music Hall of Fame. Enjoy all your favorite Hank and Patsy songs, "Sweet Dreams," "Honky Tonkin'," "Crazy," "Your Cheatin' Heart," "Walkin' After Midnight," "Lovesick Blues" and more. The show runs February 12th through December 30th; Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 2 pm; and Sunday at 8 pm. |
