Tall Timbers Lumberjack Show

2008 Update: A completely new dedicated timbersport facility is being built on HWY 76, 1/2 mile west of Indian Point Road (Silver Dollar City entrance), so the Tall Timbers Lumberjack Show will not be doing shows in Branson for 2008.

At the Tall Timber Lumberjack Theater, 681 Long Lonesome Road.

In its 8th Branson season (2008), the Tall Timbers Lumberjack Show is a truly unique show. You can tell from the moment you walk down the wood-plank boardwalk to the covered pavilion overlooking Table Rock Lake. Then the Lumberjacks and the food appear. First, it's the Lumberjack Timber Sports Competition.

The audience gets to take sides as the two logging camps and their feisty lumberjacks compete in 13 different Timber Sports events.

Watch the speed and agility of chopping and sawing competitions, where exact cuts can make the difference between winners and losers.

Watch the daring Jacks race up the 60-foot tall speed climbing poles, where one slip of a gaff could spell disaster.

Laugh along with the Lumberjacks as they splash through the traditional log rolling contest.

Dinner features ribeye steak or chicken breast, Hearty Lumberjack Soup with a seasoned roll, Homemade Camp Taters, Coleslaw, Fruit of the Forest Tort and a bottomless beverage.
