Avenue of Freedom - it's FREE, but...

The Avenue of Freedom is a display of nearly 100 American Flags along a 2-mile stretch of Gretna Road (from Highway 248 West to the bridge at Roark Valley Road). There are 2 weather-resistant flags flying from each light pole in the center of the road.

It's FREE to visit, but donations are needed to maintain it. Whether you donate or not, be sure to drive along Gretna Road to see the beautiful flag display. It's even better on a sunny day with a light breeze. Have your camera ready.
