Guess who's a Purple Heart City?

Branson is now a Purple Heart City! The Military Order of the Purple Heart (MOPH) bestowed the honor upon Branson – the first city in Missouri to be so named. In a ceremony on May 8, 2012, the city received a Military Order of the Purple Heart flag to be flown each year on Purple Heart Day, August 7.
