Roll out the red carpet for Conway Twitty - It's Only Make Believe, making a 4-performance limited engagement showing in Branson at the RFD-TV Theatre October 22-25, 2008 (here's the schedule and ticket info). Its world premier is in Nashville on October 12, and it plays in Branson before moving on to North Carolina and Laughlin, Nevada (click here for the touring schedule). This is a musical about the life of Conway Twitty and his 35-year career. Interesting: Conway's final performance was on this very RFD-TV Theatre stage in 1993 when it was named the Ray Stevens Theatre.
