Sunday night (March 28, 2010) checklist:

• be home by 7:30 (CT) or 8:30 (ET)
• immediately pop fresh popcorn (stovetop is best)
• get an ice-cold drink (water is best)
• get comfortable in front of the tv by 8 pm (CT) or 9 pm (ET) (recliner is best)
• watch the full episode of Undercover Boss (it's episode #7 - will it be the best?)

You won't want to miss this one. The featured boss-man is Joel Manby, the president and CEO of Herschend Family Entertainment which owns Silver Dollar City and the Showboat Branson Belle.
