The arrival of 2010 brings many exciting changes to Branson and some of Branson's shows and attractions. Here's the list of things that are gone, moving or changing in some way.

- Moving in 2010: The Jim Owen Morning Show moves to The Branson Mall Music Theater (previously performing at the Clay Cooper Theatre)
- Moving in 2010: The Magnificent Variety Show moves to The Branson Star Theatre (previously performing at The Osmond Family Theatre).
- Gone in 2010: RedHead Express, previously performing at The Duttons Theatre, is relocating to Nashville to work on a new project and won't be having any Branson theater shows.
- New in 2010: Smoke On The Mountain returns to Branson at the Little Opry Theatre at the Ozarks Discovery IMAX.
- Gone in 2010: Crossties Hometown Bluegrass Show & Crossties Country Cathedral are no longer playing in Branson; however, you can still see the Glaspys, Jim & Karina, performing at the Little Opry Theatre at the Ozarks Discovery IMAX in Rocky Mountain High: A Tribute To John Denver & Strait Country starring James Garrett.
- New in 2010: The Down Home Country Breakfast Show featuring Splinter Middleton & the New South Gospel Show featuring New South and Tracy Heaston at The Grand Country Music Hall.
- New in 2010: Ray Price performs one show only at the Tri Lakes Center on Saturday, May 22, 2010.
- Moving in 2010: The 16th Annual Hot Winter Fun Big Show moves to the Dick Clark American Bandstand Theater (previously at the Jim Stafford Theatre)
- New in 2010: The Titanic Museum welcomes its new mascots, Molly & Carter, two King Charles Spaniels. They will greet guests at noon each day (starting March 19, 2010) when the ship's whistle blows!
- Moving in 2010: The Osmonds Show moves to Music City Centre in April 2010 (previously performing at The Osmond Family Theatre)
- New in 2010: Gene Watson & Little Jimmy Dickens perform one show only at the Tri Lakes Center on Sunday, May 2, 2010.
- Moving in 2010: The Penny Gilley Show with Jeff Brandt moves to The Mansion Theatre (previously at The Branson Star Theatre)
- New in 2010: The Legend of Kung Fu comes to the former White House Theatre. Shows begin in May 2010.
- New in 2010: The Presley Family launches a new 1/2-hour tv show, Presleys' Country Jubilee, on RFD-TV. Tune in at 7:30 pm (CST) on Saturdays beginning in March 2010.
- New in 2010: The Haygood Family TV Show will be launched in the Spring of 2010 exclusively on the CW network. More details later!
- Moving in 2010: Roy Rogers, Jr & The High Riders show moves to the Mickey Gilley Theatre (previously at the Happy Trails Theater at the Roy Rogers-Dale Evans Museum, closing December 12, 2009)
- Returning in 2010: Mary Duff returns for another limited engagement at the Tri Lakes Center.
- Moving in 2010: The Keatings - A Father & Son Musical Experience moves to the Hamner-Barber Theatre (previously at The Branson Star Theater)
- Gone in 2010: The Roy Rogers-Dale Evans Museum's final day of operations is December 12, 2009.
- Gone in 2010: 57 Heaven Museum at Dick Clark's American Bandstand Theater Complex - last day of operations is October 24, 2009.
